Every pair comes with an authenticity certificate. We source premium leather from certified suppliers and use traditional hand-stitching techniques passed down through generations. Each chappal is individually inspected for quality before shipping.

 

We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. Peshawari chappals typically run true to size. We recommend measuring your foot length and comparing with our size chart. If you’re between sizes, we suggest going up for extra comfort.

 

 

We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If the fit isn’t perfect, simply contact us with your order number and we’ll send the correct size at no extra cost. We’ll even arrange pickup for the original pair.

 

With proper care, our chappals can last 3-5 years or more. The leather actually improves with age, developing a beautiful patina and becoming more comfortable. We offer lifetime quality guarantee on all our products.

 

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days within Pakistan. We also offer express delivery (2-3 days) for an additional fee. International shipping typically takes 10-14 business days. You’ll receive tracking information with every order.
